We’re open Monday-Friday  7:00am – 6:00pm

• Provider:
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to expected arrival of client
• Sign in upon entering the building
• Ensure the parent signs the client in
• IF PROVIDING HABILITATION
•  Proceed to the West section of the building
• Implement the daily program requirements
• Collect and record accurate data to track client’s success
• Help maintain a sanitary environment by assisting client in clean-up
• Address any questions or concerns to the ABA Facilitator
• IF PROVIDING RESPITE:
• Proceed to the East section of the building
• Utilize interactive play techniques in the Recreation Room
• Help maintain a sanitary environment by assisting client in clean-up
• Address any questions or concerns to the Recreation Facilitator
• Remain within arm’s length of client at all times to ensure safety
• Change diapers when applicable and assist with toilet training
• Observe, record and report on the behaviors and progress of client
• Maintain compliance with the state of Arizona as well as ABC
• Complete all required billing and submit on time
• Maintain and submit accurate time sheets
• Remember that any written information is a legal document and must be signed in black ink.
