A Dose of Everything

This morning, my husband is up early browsing the internet. I tried to sneak on him to see what he was browsing. Well, I thought he was downloading some online games but I was wrong. He was surfing the internet for some archery supplies. Upon seeing that I immediately asked him why is he looking for some archery supplies?

And guess what he said? He told me that he will use them for his archery games next month! What! Another expensive sport! Urgh! Actually, I love my husband’s sporty perception in life but the costs of the sports he loves are really draining our bank account. I told him once to take it slow for a while but I guess he couldn’t stop the urge. Tough Luck for me!

My brother John will celebrate his 30^th birthday next month and with that I’m thinking of what to give him on his special day. This year I wanted to give something special, for it is his 3^rd decade of existence on earth, it embarks another milestone of maturity and experience for him.

I called Lina (his wife) on what is his current hobby; she said that John is into hiking and mountaineering lately. Upon hearing that, I immediately knew the best gift for him – a Lowa Boots – REACH! Yup! I will give him the best mountaineering boots and I will purchase them online today! Hopefully, they will arrive just in time for me to pack them for John’s special day.

A few days ago my friend Sarah went to our house for a visit. She said that she just wanted to talk to me and ask for advice on her love problem. When she arrives, I immediately noticed her Prada sunglass and ask her how much she bought it. I was shocked when she told me the amount – it was amazingly cheap! Well, as far as I know the Prada brand has always been one of the most expensive designer brands in the whole world. That’s why when I heard that she bought it at a cheap price I instantly realized that she was wearing Prada’s replica sunglasses. Lol!

Well, I didn’t want to blurt that out in front of her face, especially that she is a very problematic lady as of the moment. Maybe after a week or so I will tell her the truth about her Prada.

As some of you know, our old Canon dslr camera has been sold to one of my friends. Apparently, we needed the additional funds for my child delivery last May. That’s why as you’ve noticed most of my photos are quite blurred and a little bit out of the style. We really have no choice but to dispose it.

But of course that didn’t stop us from purchasing a new one (soon). Well, after saving up for additional funds (less our expenses and payables of course). Anyways, if we’ll have enough funds on the next few months we might purchase a new camera. That’s why as early as now I’m already scouting for some dslr’s with brands of Nikon and Canon. I’m also checking out some olympus cameras that we might consider if budget permits. Oh well, we’ll update you really soon about this one. For now, let me work first and earn! Lol!

Yesterday, my mom and I went out for some mother and daughter bonding moment. I decided to treat her in a nearby mall and thought of buying her a simple gift as well. Yeah, I know it’s quite late for a Mother’s Day treat but its better late than never, right? Besides she was too busy last Mother’s Day packing some stuffs for their upcoming travel next week with my dad.

Anyways, after our dinner we roamed around the mall and thought of entering a jewelry store for my mom to pick herself a gift. Yes, I got some funds that time that’s why I asked her to pick any jewelry she wanted. We went inside the jewelry store and look down at each jewelry display cases that were there. Fortunately, she told me that she just wanted a simple gold white bracelet that will match her earrings. The bracelet she chose was luckily the cheapest amongst the bracelets inside the display cases. I immediately asked the sales clerk to pack it up so that my mom won’t changed her mind.lol!

My mom was just happy that she hug me before we went home from our bonding time. I’m so happy as well that after a long time we’ve finally had our private time together just like we used to have before.

My husband is currently asking me to move over and give the laptop to him because he will use the internet to canvass the best subwoofers in the internet. You see, since we bought the LCD television set with dvd for our bedroom he never gets tired of peeking the internet for some cool subwoofers that he plans to buy to enhance our entertainment system. But I told him to slow it down with the purchase for a while for we have a huge “incoming disbursement” that we need to prioritize first before any “unnecessary wants”.  And I think most of you knew what that incoming disbursement is, right?

You see, since I became a stay at home mom I began to realized the importance of prioritization. Especially if you have a tight budget. Unfortunately, that’s where we are at right now. Well, because of the fact that I have no work (unlike before where I have a regular monthly income) and we are expecting our second child this month ( which will add up to our expenses). These inevitable circumstances have add up to my bearing as the one managing the budget of the family. But of course, that’s the way life is and we are happy to accept it especially with a new blessing in the family. I know time will come and everything will turn out smoothly and easy for all us.  In God’s time of course.

But for now, no unnecessary purchase should be done especially a subwoofer! Lol!

Mother’s day is just around the corner, that’s why I thought of purchasing a gift for my mom as early as now. I actually asked her what she wants this year and she said she wants to have a rolex watch just like her friend Alicia. I was stunned and surprised that she suddenly wants something like that. I mean where not rich and we definitely can’t afford buying a Rolex.lol!

But she still insisted of me buying the watch for her. Urgh! I never thought she could be this demanding with all her diabetes medications. Lol! Well, fortunately I know an online store where I can buy a fake Rolex watch like this.

This is a Platino Helen from Wynsors and would you believe that a pair only cost $12.00 each. Yup! Very cheap sandals indeed! This sandal is really unique and stylish because of its multicolored strap design. Plus I also like the snake detail at its back zipper which makes the sandal classier.

I also love its flat sole for a more comfy touch especially now that I am pregnant and can’t wear high heels. Now, I’m thinking if I will purchase this gladiator than the ladies boots that was first on my lists. Hmmm what do you think? Should I go for the boots or the sandals?

Oh well, maybe I have to think it over for a while and I will try to look for more cheap shoes for I might change my mind again. Lol!

My friend’s birthday is coming up and I thought of giving him something special this year. Last year, I remember giving him an exotic pet (not endangered of course) and he loves it very much.
