Before I finish my research about trailer hitches, let me share you a photo of my kids. My eldest is 5 years old and my youngest is 3 months old! They are my greatest treasure and I will do everything for them to have a great and happy life.

We are still planning to have our 3rd child but in a few years more and hopefully that time it will be GIRL! ( *fingerscross*)
As I was browsing the stalls in a mall yesterday, I noticed that there were a lot of electronic gadgets nowadays that compete each other and say that they are the best. If you are just a simple consumer like me who doesn’t know anything about electronic stuffs like laptop, cell phones and cameras you will surely go wrong with a purchase. Fortunately, I was with a friend who loves gadgets. I was planning to purchase a tablet next month but I’m a bit confused which one to buy. Of course, I wanted to buy the Best tablet in the market but I don’t know which one is the best.
But because Mark was there to accompany me, he suggested that I should buy the Samsung Galaxy tablet which is this one.
He said that based on its specifications, reviews and client testimonies this one is a sure win. Hmm.. we’ll try to look for it next week and I’ll see if this one is really the best.
As some of you know, I ended my career as a stay at home mom a few weeks ago. I really don’t have any plans of getting back in the corporate world for I was still enjoying my profession as a housewife and a mom to two beautiful kids. But because the offer was quite promising and attractive I grab it for this might be the opportunity I’ve been waiting for.
Anyways, after a few days of working I finally saw our newly renovated office. There are still some area of the office that needs improvements and one of them are the wires and cables that are like snakes and worms that are swarming around the office. I told my boss that we should purchase some cable covers for those eye sores. Well, fortunately my boss believed in me and now the office is a sight to behold.
When e-learning was introduced, it has been received well by the market. Working students and those with full time work who wants to take their Masters or finish their undergraduate education are the top enrollees for e-learning program. These people have seen and realized the benefits of e-learning which includes:
1. Accessibility. E-learning courses are available anytime, anywhere you are. All you need is an Internet connection and you can access the course 24×7 wherever you are. This is a great benefit as those who only have free time in the evening after their work or those who frequently travel for work can still continue with their education as they can take the course whenever they have a free time wherever their location is.
2. Cost and Time Saving. Since enrolling in an e-learning course eliminates the need to go to campus to attend classroom training, e-learning is time and cost effective as it saves you the time and money in traveling expense as you go to and from the campus.
3. Timely information. Since materials and content for the lessons are just uploaded to the servers, students are guaranteed that they will receive fresh and updated content for all their courses.
4. Personalized Learning. With e-learning, students have more control of their learning process as they can learn at their own pace and they can even review course materials as often as they want. This can lead to better understanding of the course materials and will thus increase their learning curve.
5. Interactive and Collaborative. E-learning provides a lot of collaboration tools like case studies, simulations, video streaming, discussion groups, chat rooms, e-mail, bulletin boards, tips, tutorials, and more which provide a better venue for interaction and collaboration among students and instructors.

Learning Management System (LMS) is the software application, which is the overall in charge for the e-learning program. Some of its functions include:
1. Overall Management. The LMS takes care of the overall management of the e-learning program as it manages all the students enrolled in the program, the instructors, the administrators, the courses, and even the grading system.
2. Course Calendar. Creating a course calendar is very important for an e-learning program. Although students can learn at their own pace, there is still a deadline set to finish the course requirement for a given semester. 9. Online Testing. LMS is also where instructors can create quizzes and where students can take it online.
E-learning has gone through leaps and bounds and thanks to LMS, universities have a better way of managing their students for an effective e-learning program.

I have a new job right now, which means its time for me to end my research about Tester Jobs that I thought of trying out. I officially shifted to being a working mom again yesterday after receiving a call from the human resource department of the company that I was hired. Anyways, I will tell you more about it next time and hopefully I could update my blogs even though I am a working mom.
