This is my sister in law Gail.

As of this date, she has officially trimmed down some pounds because of her new diet drink. You see, she has been trying out these protein drinks to lose weight. She was in the state of desperation because she has been fat for as long as she can remember. And also because her boyfriend wanted her to trim down a little for health purposes.
As we all know, being fat is very risky in terms of health. Most people who are stout are really prone to sickness like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. Just like my mom, who recently acquired type 2 diabetes. It was also in her genes also but because of her lupus it triggered it and went active. Urgh!
Anyways, people nowadays should always be wary about their health and make sure to eat right and live right to have a better life in future. I myself is trying to live a healthy lifestyle and I’m hoping when I aged I will have a better health than those with same age as mine.

Weight loss is a sensitive issue especially to those who have tried every diet solutions and training programs in the market. Of course anyone struggling with weight loss would want a solution that will work. But the question is: Is there really a way to lose weight fast? Most of these weight loss programs today are claiming to give results in about two weeks but the reality is that losing weight is a long and hard process.

One thing that people should realize is that going on a diet or gym sessions will take longer than two weeks. You will have to put in a lot of time and effort if you really want to achieve your ideal weight. The results that you’ll see during the first few weeks is the result of the body’s adjustment to the new routine but as you progress you’ll realize that the body will soon get adapted and if you are not consistent, weight gain could follow.
It will also be better to set small goals rather than to have high expectations. Start by setting weekly weight loss goals, like 2 pounds every week. This is highly attainable and could keep you motivated.
Lastly, remember that an effective weight loss should be a combination of healthy diet and proper exercise. Following only one will not provide you with the results you want. Take the healthy step towards a good life, start by consulting a medical professional about your case.

Now that I am a stay at home mom, I have a lot of free time for myself. And with that, I’m thinking of pursuing my life to the next level. I am specifically speaking in terms of my career path. I think not many of you know that I hold a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy. After I graduated last 2001, I immediately applied for work and luckily hired by the month of September.
I have been employed with the same employer from that year until 2010 and it was only now that I decided to sacrifice my job career for my family. And I could say that the sacrifice was worth it. At least now, I can spend more time with my family especially with my kids that are on the growing stage which I think is the most crucial part of their lives and where a mom is very much needed.
But of course, my life doesn’t end there. As a woman I wanted to empower myself with much education and experience. One of the most important steps I want to take is my CPA board. As some of you know, since I graduated I’ve never taken the board and recently I decided to take it in the months to come. But I’m planning to take my reviews inside the house and not on some review schools that will cost me a lot of money. But of course, I need to find great and relevant CPA Review Materials first before I start my review. I really hope that I would find some on my classmates and mentors that has passed the board.

Parents are willing to take care of their children to an extent that they tend to overlook their own desires and wants in favor of what their child wants. Sacrifices made by parents for their children cannot be compared to anything else in the world. This is why it must be appreciated when a child, after he has grown up, decides to give something back to his mother. If you have decided to gift something to your mother as a token of your appreciation for all that she has done for you then it is likely that you find yourself stumped about what you can gift to her. Buying gifts for mothers is a difficult task because of the generation gap. However, one of the best gifts you can ever give to your mother would be a piece of premiere jewelry.
Premiere jewelry, as is well known everywhere, is something that women of all ages and from all generations covet. While a good choice of premiere jewelry would be a perfect gift for your mother, a bad choice can also result in her being disappointed. You will need to be very alert to her likes and her dislikes before you actually buy the premiere jewelry because, once you have gifted something to her, you would not see a sign of disappointment or dislike.
There are a few things that you would have to pay special attention to if you wish to buy premiere jewelry that your mother will like. The most important of these is the generation gap. You would have to take into account the generation gap between your mother and yourself because this will influence both your preferences drastically. In addition to this, you would also have to pay attention to the ongoing trends for older women instead of younger fashion fads. Ideally, a perfect gift for your mother would be bought with a view on both these things and the end result would be a purchase that balances both these aspects. Buying premiere jewelry for your mother, in any case, should not be difficult if you can learn about her likes and dislikes.

As a stay at home mom, I am finding ways to have a fruitful stay here in our house. What do I mean by that? Well, other than finding ways for me to earn while at home, I’m also trying to discover different means for me to not get bored while inside the house.
One thing I want to try for me to stay sane in the house (other than taking care of the kids) is to have a hobby. And the first hobby I want to practice is to collect silver dollars or coins. So what can you say about that? Do you think that’s a good hobby to start off? Well, if yes I think it’s time for me to buy silver dollars and start my collection, right?
