    I was checking the internet for some shoulder brace that my father in law needs this evening when I suddenly heard heavy rains pouring outside our house. Thank God it’s raining!

    Today’s heat was recorded to be the hottest temperature since the summer season started in our country. The heat was so unbearing that I literally slurp numerous volume of water just for me to cool down and beat heat stroke. As we all know, when high temperature like this heat stroke often occurs especially on elderly, pregnant women and children. So it is really a must to guard ourselves with lots of fluid than to be a victim of the sun.

    Well, I’m just happy that it rained this evening; at least we can sleep well with its cool breeze.

    I feel so terrible.

    Since last night I didn’t have the desire to eat anything. I receive some very disturbing news which made me lose my appetite and made my tummy feel so tense that I ended waking up in the middle of dawn just to go to bathroom. I still have this feeling until this very minute but I’m trying to convince myself to eat for the sake of the baby.

    I cannot elaborate more on what I’m going thru; I don’t have the courage to blurt this out in public. I’m just hoping that I personally can surpass this and won’t alter what I have now in my life.
