A Dose of Everything

For Thanksgiving dinner, I always head to my mom and dads house for a quiet and relaxing dinner and evening. We live about 30 minutes from them, so we pack up about noon or so, get all the baby’s stuff together, grab a cup of coffee to go, and we’re off. We always make sure to set our Home Alarm Systems before we go, as you can never be too careful nowadays. The drive is a pleasant one, as we are lucky to drive roads that do not see much traffic. Since we live in Florida, it’s always warm and pleasant for Thanksgiving, which makes it easier on us.

When we get there, my parents usually have a small appetizer platter waiting for us to nibble on while we get settled in. Since the baby is only 6 months old, we like to get her changed and settled down from the ride with a bottle, and then of course my parents monopolize her attention for the remainder of the day! We always like to watch the Thanksgiving parade if we can, so since we usually miss it live, my parents record it so we can have it on in the background while we talk.

Our dinner is a quiet one, with just us all together, but it is quite pleasant, and I would not have it any other way for the holiday.

Yup! It’s a Gucci Guccissima Bag that I bought from my online friend Faye. This bag is brand new and has a complete package (dust bag and authenticity cards). I’m actually selling this because I needed to fund for some of my payables. Lol! Kidding aside, I need to dispose this one because honestly, I’m really quite scared to use it. Lol! Its beauty and price stunned me like a jelly fish that kept me breathless for awhile and decided not to use it to prevent any damages or flaws to happen. lol!

Silly it may seem but those are somehow my reasons. It has been with me for months now but not a single day did I used it. So, if you like this beautiful bag comment on this post and I will email you.

Now, time for me to look for the hgh bottle that my mom was asking me to look for.

As a work at home mom, I tried doing stuffs that would make my day fruitful and at the same income generating. I’m quit successful at one point because of my online tasks (thank God) and online selling but somehow I feel that I could do more but couldn’t really figure out what! Quit frankly, I’m not yet satisfied on what I have online right now, it’s like I still need to work hard to save up for our future. That’s why I thought of reading some articles about arts and crafts like invitation making or other profitable crafts that I can make and earn from it. I’m currently on research for printer and scanner software as preparation for my invitation or card making. I just hope by next year this craft can make me a thousand of dollars richer! Wish me luck guys! (*cross fingers*)

My husband woke up early this morning and was asking me if I he can borrow the laptop for just an hour. His notebook is not working properly because of a virus that has been bugging the internet connection of the notebook. That’s why while waiting for its repair, he has no choice but to sneak on my laptop. lol!

I asked why he needed the internet. He said that he needs to check on Carid.com for the cargo mat he’s planning to buy. He needed it for our car because the old one has been torn to pieces by our dogs! Urgh! Yup! His old mat was not durable as it looks and as they said it would be. Well, it’s actually the fault of my husband really because he just bought them from the streets and from street vendors that he doesn’t really know where they came from. Then after buying a cheap item, he washed them yesterday morning and forgot about them afterward. Results – The dogs played with them with their teeth! How cool was that?

Anyways, we really have no choice but to buy a set. How would our car function without them right? I just hope this time he will buy a mat or liner that would last a lifetime.

I was looking thru this car encyclopedia that my husband just bought yesterday from a bookstore when I suddenly saw the Lexus Is-F he was talking about. You see, he has been eying on this car for more than 6 months now and he really want to buy it other than the Chrysler 300 he noted which is a lot expensive than Lexus. Yup! The Chrysler was his first choice but because it was too pricey he decided to redirect his interest to a new car. Chrysler 300 has been known as the Most Awarded Car in Automotive history (which might be the reason why it is more costly) lol!

Anyways, I’m not really sure if the husband will persue the Lexus but if I were too asks a Nissan Titan will be much better for us.

We went to my mom’s house yesterday morning. We thought of visiting her for it has been a month since our last visit. As some of you know, my mom was hospitalized due to her Lupus flare and pneumonia. Fortunately enough, we we’re just in time before she got even worst. As said by her doctors, only an hour delay she might have been directed to the ICU. The whole experience was devastating I tell you. Especially when I saw my mom broke down from her wheelchair.

Thank God that was all in the past and now my mom is well and can move and even work on her own. Her appetite is back as well and also her energy. She takes her medicines religiously and had her blood sugar are being check regularly. My dad bought a new glucose meter for that and even bought a finger pulse oximeter to help monitor her pulse.

It was nice to know that all is well now, I hope that nightmare won’t happen again.

Mediterranean diet typically includes plant foods, fresh fruits, olive oil, low amounts of fish and poultry.

So, if you’re at risk, you better start eating these foods as preventive action.

That’s why my only option now was to buy for maternity clothes instead. Lol! Anyways, there are a lot of beautiful wardrobes available on their shelves and at an awesomely affordable price. Just take a look at this Japanese Weekend maternity tab-neck dress which can be brought at $76 only!

As some of you know, I’m on my 3rd month of pregnancy and in a about a week or so my first trimester will finally end. Which means less morning sickness or should I say “afternoon” sickness for me because my nausea and headaches occurs every afternoon. This also means that I have lesser chances of having miscarriages because the baby is stronger and more attach to me. Great! That’s why when I finally realized that my 2nd child is really on the go, I thought of looking for baby announcements card this early. Good thing, the internet has load of stuffs and fortunately I found a design that satisfied my taste.

Actually, this will be my first ever birth announcement giveaways. As with my first child, I didn’t know that such cards can be given to friends and loveones. But because of blogging, I discovered that something like this and I really want to try it with my second baby. Anyways, I’m currently chatting with my friend Lian today and she was asking me if I know a website where she can browse for baby shower cards. Hmmm.. Suddenly I got excited with her question. I got a feeling that the baby shower is for me! We’ll see!
